Overview

These terms govern your use of the Toying Idea website and your purchase of our 3D-printed products. By placing an order you agree to them. We're a custom 3D printing studio based in Patiala, Punjab 147001, India.

Orders & pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST. We re-price every cart on our server at checkout, so the amount you pay is always the current catalogue price plus applicable shipping and any COD fee. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is mispriced or unavailable; you'll be refunded in full in that case.

Made-to-order & personalisation

Most items are printed to order, and many are personalised with your text or photos. By submitting personalisation details you confirm they're correct and that you have the right to use any image you send us. We'll share a preview for custom/personalised pieces before printing where applicable.

Payments

Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net-banking, wallets). We never store your card details. Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders.

Intellectual property

Site content and our original designs belong to Toying Idea. You may not resell or mass-reproduce our designs without permission.
