What we collect

To fulfil your order we collect your name, phone, email, delivery address and PIN code, plus your order and personalisation details. We use privacy-friendly, first-party analytics that count page views and purchases — no third-party advertising trackers and no cookies for tracking.

How we use it

Only to process, deliver and support your orders, to send order updates and (if you opt in) confirmations, and to improve our products and service. We do not sell your data.

Sharing

We share the minimum necessary with our payment processor (Razorpay) and delivery partners to complete your order, and as required by law. Your data is stored in our own systems.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data at any time by emailing toying.idea@gmail.com. 'Remember my details' on checkout stores your contact details only in your own browser, and you can turn it off.
