Where we ship

We deliver across India. Enter your PIN code on any product, cart or checkout page to see live serviceability, the shipping fee for your zone, and an estimated delivery window.

Processing time

Because items are printed to order, please allow about 3 working days for production before dispatch. Personalised pieces may take a little longer if a design preview/approval is needed.

Delivery time & charges

Total delivery time is the production time plus courier transit for your zone (shown at checkout). Shipping is calculated by destination zone, and orders above ₹999 qualify for free shipping. Cash on Delivery may carry a small handling fee, shown before you pay.

Tracking

You'll receive your order number on confirmation and can track status anytime on our order-tracking page. We also keep you updated on WhatsApp/email.

Delays

Festivals, weather or courier issues can occasionally delay delivery beyond the estimate. We'll do our best to keep you informed. Questions: toying.idea@gmail.com / +91 90231 30678.
